In 1987 Quality Cleanups was started by Ray Schaeffner with one truck. Since then it has grown to 13 trucks and over 20 employees covering Long island.

Our men are professional and courteous and take great care in protecting your client’s home and property.

No unsightly or heavy containers to damage and clutter the job site. All debris is loaded directly into our trucks and removed daily.

At Quality Cleanups we try to create a family atmosphere and for that reason our employees have been with us a long time. Many employees have been with us 10-15 years. With Quality Cleanups you can expect an experienced crew to work on your project.

How do we charge?

Cleanups are charged by the cubic yard as a dumpster company would charge. However unlike a dumpster we only charge for what we take, for example – if you rent a 20 yard dumpster but only fill it 3/4 of way you still pay for the full 20 yards. With Quality Cleanups you would pay for 15 yards and we load the truck. (minimum charges apply)

Ripout pricing is more involved but if you can give specific details about the project we can most likely price it over the phone. If it is too involved to price over the phone we will come out to the jobsite and price it out for you.
