Caliber Construction, Inc. is a locally owned and
operated general contractor. Caliber Construction,
Inc. was formed in 2006 and is a State certified minority
owned HUB. Prior to starting Caliber Construction,
Inc., the owners, Pam and Scott Richter owned and operated
Scott Richter General Contractor, Inc. for over 20 years.
Caliber prides itself on integrity and customer satisfaction.
It is our goal to complete each construction project with the highest
construction quality and detail in both a timely and cost effective
manner. Caliber specializes in mostly commercial construction
consisting of commercial buildings, tenant finish-outs, tilt wall
buildings, banks, apartment complexes, drywall, concrete work,
insurance jobs, developments and dirt work. Caliber is a fully
insured and bonded general contractor with the experienced personnel,
financial capabilities and resources to handle most projects. Whether
it is a single Mom and Pop business in a local shopping center or a
national expansion and rollout of multiple sites, Caliber can assist
you. We strive to provide the same attention and dedication to every
project regardless of the size or location.
Caliber and it’s owners have been building projects in and
around Denton County Texas for over 20 years. We have completed many
municipal projects for the City of Denton, City of Sanger, Town of
Hickory Creek, City of Corinth and the Town of Shady Shores and for
the Argyle Independent School District. We have also built several
fraternity/sorority houses on the campus of the University of North Texas.
