Scope Of Work
St. George Ferry Site Improvements Package consisted of an upgrade of all pedestrian accessible areas of the terminal. It was a large scale concrete paving and precast paving project with miscellaneous site furnishings such as the large main entrance sign, Ferry Slip entrance gates, Nautical bollards, bike racks etc.
There was also a lot custom landscaping at passenger approach, drop off and waiting areas including a Living Roof and irrigation system which aided the building in securing its LEED requirement for the project.
