AEPC is a multidiscipline architectural and engineering and construction management firm.  Our in-house staff consists of Architects, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil, and Fire Protection engineers.   We work in several market sectors which include Aerospace, Aviation, Manufacturing/Industrial, Higher Education, Commercial, Hospitality, Transportation, Government, Military, and Food/Beverage.

We work on a variety project deliverable method which includes the traditional Design-Bid-Build and in addition to Design-Build and Design-Assist.  Our other services include Project Planning and Execution, Facility Management, Fast-Track “Open Book” implementation, Project and Program Management, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), and Master Term Contracts.
