Cadence McShane completed a 20,013 square foot tenant build-out on behalf of retailer, a Real Bookstore located at The Village of Fairview mixed-use development.
The interior of this full-service bookstore includes a café/kitchen to facilitate cooking demonstrations and a children’s area that features artistic murals, in addition to office and inventory space to support business operations. This retailer is the largest locally-owned bookstore in North Texas.
