Jack Holland earned his Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1987.  He has extensive project management experience in the Construction, Refining, Concrete, and Paint and Coatings industry.

Maria received her BS in Architecture from Texas Tech University in 1989. She has extensive experience in design of industrial facilities for the Oil and Gas Industry.  Leading design teams for Energy services projects in Venezuela, Poland, Russia, Kazakhstan, Uganda, Brazil, and dozens of locations in the United States.  Maria also has extensive experience with school projects including, Elementary, and  Secondary Schools,  As well as designing facilities for Colleges and Universities.
