Scope Of Work

Cianbro managed the design and construction of this state-of-the-art, two-story, 64,400 sf facility—working closely with the owner from original conceptual plans through final design and construction.

Constructed the building on spread footings

Installed a reinforced-concrete, 25,000 sf, six-lane competition pool with seating for 350

Installed a reinforced-concrete, 2,200 sf, zero-entry pool

Constructed a 15,000 sf gymnasium with three basketball courts and seating for 850

Constructed the locker area and gym walls with masonry block

Constructed a steel-framed mission area with impact-resistant cement wallboard

Installed brick facing and concealed fastener metal sandwich panels on the exterior of the building

Equipped the computer lab and all office areas with CAT 1 cable

Designed lighting levels in gymnasium and pool area for television broadcasting

Installed heating system with thermostats linked to a central PLC controller

Constructed sports fields and a 150-space parking area on the five-acre lot

Obtained all permits for the owner
