Scope Of Work
Root NS is planting new roots on Salem’s waterfront with their new 5,500 square-foot teaching facility offering an immersive culinary training program for at-risk youth living in Essex County. The space features a full commercial-grade kitchen, classrooms, offices, event space, and café.
Located on the third floor in the occupied Shetland Park building, Windover was brought on board to manage the construction of this fast-track fit-out.
