Scope Of Work
Specifications: Ground up new construction banking facility. 2,499 sq. ft.
Challenges: “Mall Christmas Moratorium” dictated that the schedule had to be strictly adhered to. Due to constrained workspace, this jobsite required constant coordination from Mall Owner, Local Building Department and BNF Contractors. We brought the project in two weeks prior to original schedule. This was a CBRE managed, Bank of America site, and BNF received a scorecard of 100% from both CBRE and Bank of America.
