Scope Of Work
This building is the new corporate headquarters for The Webstaurant Store, an online distributor of foodservice equipment and supplies. The building houses the Customer Service, Logistics, Marketing, Photography and Development teams. In addition to office space, the facility provides a cafe-style lunch room, game area, test kitchen and fitness center to over 100 employees. The facility is a two-story, 50,975 SF building that was only partially fit out to allow for expansion of the rapidly growing business. The first floor has a large employee cafeteria and a receiving area, with about 50% of the floor plan available for expansion. Another unique feature is the test kitchen, which is used to demonstrate kitchen equipment and provide training experiences in a small classroom setting. The second floor is mainly an open floor plan office area with perimeter offices.
