Scope Of Work
The Genesis Corporate Headquarters is a 100,000 SF facility built in the center of Kennett Square. It was designed to blend into the existing community and resemble an 1870 era building. The building was built within 8″ of the property line and with only one 90-degree corner. The three-story and basement level facility houses various departments with the executive level being on the third floor.
