Scope Of Work
After completing two renovation projects for Fairmount, PRC was asked to serve as their construction partner for this project, beginning with preconstruction services. Including both renovations to current occupied spaces, as well as new construction, this project is focused on creating a new activities area and spa as well as a 45-unit, four-story apartment building built from structural steel and precast plank.
