Scope Of Work
J.M. Wilkerson Construction Co., Inc. was selected as the General Contractor for renovations to a Waffle House in Downtown Atlanta.
This first ever adaptive re-use project included the total renovation of the shell and core of an early 1940’s retail building located on one of the busiest corners in the downtown area. JMW teams provided all selective demolition and construction for new exterior walls, store front, roof and building details.
