Throughout his commercial construction career spanning three decades, Scott has managed the construction of thousands of successful and innovative commercial projects for Hardesty & Associates, Inc. by providing the highest level of service and quality to meet our Client’s needs.  Scott has played an integral role in the development and construction for many of our Client’s large scale national roll out programs.  As Vice President of Hardesty & Associates, Inc. Scott is ensuring that all of our project management teams provide our clients with the same high level of service that has made Hardesty & Associates, Inc. one of the most successful and respected companies in the commercial construction business.  Scott graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in business economics and is a licensed general contractor in multiple states.

Bill, the majority stockholder at Hardesty & Associates, Inc. is directing the corporation as President.   With applied principals from years of experience in all aspects of construction, Bill has been able to create a landscape where the Owner and Contractor work together as a team to ensure that all of our Client’s objectives are met on every project. Bill’s unmatched work ethic, demand for excellence, organizational skills, and innate ability to bring people together has led to the successful growth of Hardesty & Associates, Inc. for the past 25 years.  With a passion for innovation, Bill is continually looking to stay ahead of technological, economical, and environmental advancements and is always looking for new ways to ensure Hardesty & Associates, Inc. remains a preferred partner in the ever-changing commercial construction industry.

As a Senior Project Manager at Hardesty & Associates, Inc., Chris Taylor manages the company’s key construction projects, ensuring that all projects run as expected and that we meet our highest level of standards on all projects.  Chris coordinates all aspects of the construction process including estimating, bidding, permitting, contracting, construction management, and city approvals.  Chris works with a team of project managers making sure that all of our project managers complete their work on time, within budget, and that Hardesty & Associates, Inc. meets all of our clients’ needs and objectives.  Chris has a proven track record of success and has played an integral role in the growth of Hardesty & Associates, Inc.

Ryan brings a vast range of experience to Hardesty & Associates, Inc.  Since graduating with honors as a National Merit Scholar from the Colorado State University, College of Business with a concentration in Organizational Management; Ryan has entitled, permitted and successfully managed over Three Hundred Million Dollars in development & construction projects. Prior to joining Hardesty & Associates, Inc., Ryan served as the Vice President of Development for Frontier Real Estate Investments, Inc.  Ryan is experienced in selecting and leading teams of Consultants, Engineers, and Architects; while working directly with the Regulatory Agency through the Entitlement and Construction Drawing permitting & approval process.  In addition, Ryan is experienced in bidding and managing all onsite horizontal and vertical construction activities from initial mobilization to the issuance of the Final Certificate of Occupancy. Ryan’s broad range of construction and development experience includes freestanding and tenant improvements for Office, Industrial, Retail Shopping Centers, Land Development & Subdivision, Schools, Medical/Dental, as well as National & Regional Banks, Gas & Convenience, Grocery/Drug Stores, and Quick Serve Restaurants.

As Controller for Hardesty & Associates, Inc., Nanette Dale has been instrumental in the establishment and management of the accounting policies, procedures, and controls of the company.  Nanette is our Chief Accounting Officer and heads our accounting department.  Nanette is responsible for our financial statements, cost accounting, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, tax compliance, licensing requirements, and various special analyses.  Nanette supervises our Accountants, Accounting Manager, Tax Manager, Accounts Payable Managers, Insurance Manager, and Payroll Manager.  Nanette’s duties include the monitoring for future risk and ensuring proper permits, licenses and operating requirements are met.
