I had a custom piece of glass cut, polished, and delivered for the top of a table we made.  It is  a very special table, and I am very careful with my money.  Lisa helped me on the phone with an estimate.  I called her a couple times to check it again, and make changes.  She was so helpful and accommodating.  When I got ready to order, she had the information right there, and placed the order.  When they delivered it, I thought they'd pretty much set it down and leave, but they cleaned it (it looked clean already!), filed the corners "just to make sure", put little spacers on for me that I had bought (they supply thin ones but I bought thicker ones because the table is handmade), and this guy was so nice.  He complimented us on the table and was courteous and professional.  I will use them again!!

Very disappointing! They do not stand behind their work and will give you the run around.

I contacted Ace Glass in Casselberry to repair a 30" x 60"  mirror that was loose in the frame. The charge was $125.00 for the repair. Several months later, I noticed that the mirror was loose again. I called them to rectify the issue per the warranty. An appointment was made and they never showed. I scheduled another  appointment for the following day. Towards the end of the day when I called to see if they were coming I was told that they were having issues with a shower glass installation job and was asked if we could reschedule for the following week.  I insisted that they keep the appointment since they had already wasted my time for two days. I was told by the customer service rep that she would phone me to let me know the status. No one ever called or showed up. 

It appears that they are interested in making a fast buck and will not stand behind their work 

Unfortunate for them as I am an Interior Designer and always happy to work with reputable firms on glass installations..

I really like ace glass and the friendly and efficient manner that they do business. They are knowledgeable and experienced. I will definitely recommend them for any of your glass needs

Ace Glass is Great!   Their customer service is wonderful.  They didn't have the decorative glass I wanted for my cabinet doors in stock, they ordered it and had it in 1 week.  I am so happy and will be use Ace in the future.
