Scope Of Work
This project includes the construction of a new 3-story replacement elementary school which includes 61 instructional unit (Terrace Level = 42,151 sq ft; Main Level = 106,372 sq ft; Mezzanine = 8,644 sq ft). The new school is being built adjacent to the existing Mableton Elementary School and includes underground detention systems as well as cast-in-place retaining walls. Demolition of the old school building(s) as well as the development of the site for playgrounds, driveways, and parking is all a part of the project.
