Fastrack Builders, Inc.

Fastrack Construction was established in 1992 as a union carpentry outfit with specialties in drywall, framing, millwork installation, stucco and plaster. Over the last 25 years we have become a leader in construction management services and have worked with several developers in much more than just a carpentry capacity. We currently employ a highly qualified administrative staff and an average of 50-100 experienced field personnel.

Fastrack has been involved in over 30 large Design-Build projects throughout the Northeast region in the last 10 years, taking the lead step in the Design-Build process and guiding developers from start to finish. Our projects have ranged from renovations of historical properties to new construction. We have also been instrumental in working with developers to push for a panelized system in building, which has allowed them to complete projects in an efficient and expedient manner.

Looking towards the future, our fundamental goals are to continue providing construction services at the highest level while maintaining strong lasting relationships with our clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
