In 1952 George Csepegi Sr entered our industry as a sheet metal worker. He learned and grew professionally, discovering a passion for industrial architecture metal work. In 1975 he founded HAVE Incorporated, a mechanical engineering company serving local commercial and industrial businesses, manufacturers, and others in Northeast Ohio. Starting in a smaller location, HAVE moved to the current location on Aetna Road in 1977 to accommodate the increase in scale of both the size of the work that was being performed and the number of new customers. Maintaining a staff of 10-20 employees for over 40 years, HAVE has grown to be the leading contractor in Northeast Ohio for all commercial and industrial needs regarding heating, cooling, ventilation, and engineering.

Staying true to George’s background in sheet metal, HAVE is the largest sheet metal fabrication shop in the area. All pieces are fabbed by professionals in the 3,000+ square foot fabrication center including standard duct work to accompany HVAC installations, but also custom-made design work, industrial gutters, industrial downspouts, and flashing.

Through the decades, the HAVE family has contributed to, served, and donated to many groups, both locally and internationally.

Over the many years of providing exceptional service and expertise to local businesses, HAVE has received many requests to also provide service for homeowners. Residential service was not a primary focus but that changed in 2017. HAVE added residential services to their offerings, brought on NATE certified technicians, more vehicles, and created a 24 hour service department for homeowners in Northeast Ohio.
