Lowder Steel, Inc. specializes in the detailing, fabrication, and erection of structural and miscellaneous steel.  Specifically these products are used in large multi-family packages, commercial packages, miscellaneous packages, up fit projects, joist and deck packages, and structural shell to include joist and decking. 

Our leadership team offers more than 50 years of experience in the steel industry.  Our company utilizes advanced technologies to produce quality products and to deliver exceptional client services every time.  Lowder Steel, Inc. is able to ensure excellent quality and services because our company is tiered in management both in the office and in the field; this is the Lowder way. 

Lowder Steel, Inc. is an IBC 1704 fabricator and erector, which means that we work under the direction and requirements of the International Building Code – Chapter 17 provisions.  This consist of documented quality assurance practices along with product inspections to enhance and ensure the quality of our fabrications.

Lowder Steel, Inc. has (2) locations: one in Archdale, NC and one in Gastonia, NC.  Our main office and fabrication facility is in Archdale, NC.  We primarily work in the Carolinas; with a focus on the North Carolina markets.
