Reaser Construction is a local, family owned and operated business. Although we service all of Northeast Ohio, we have been primarily servicing Lorain, Medina, and Cuyahoga Counties for the last 9 years. We categorize ourselves as a General Contractor, as we have the ability to handle nearly every facet of the residential construction industry.

We feel we set the industry standard with our unmatched attention to detail and our quality craftsmanship. We have the experience to handle projects from large to small and to go above and beyond to satisfy our customers. Since we do minimal advertising, 98% of our typical workload comes from word-of-mouth referrals. We value our customers, because we know it's from them that we receive our next project.
