Scope Of Work
The goal of this exterior and interior remodel with finish-out was to turn an old, outdated building into a brand new eye clinic. The project incorporated natural wood, cut limestone walls, custom free-formed millwork, floor to ceiling glass panels and terrazzo flooring to provide a timeless, elegant appearance. A unique portion of the project included exterior modifications to refashion a rather plain, non-descript building. A Corten steel screen wall accented by an entry awning of finished aluminum metal panels provided a new, contemporary building image with welcoming entry to replace the ordinary, outdated appearance of the existing building Project Size: 20,000 SF Building Renovation
