Scope Of Work
Three businesses came together and upgraded their spaces in Forest Lake fall of 2015 with the construction of an 11,000 square foot building and an 8000sqft building--both in front of the City Center.
The Forest Lake City Council approved the subdivision and planned unit development submission for two lots in between the City Center and U.S. Highway 61 to be developed by Gaughan Companies. The buildings face the City Center and are retail and medical businesses. Two of those three businesses will be Thrifty White Pharmacy and Maplewood Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, both of which will be upgrading to the new building and leaving their existing locations in Forest Lake.
