Founded in 1984, E.E. Cruz & Company, Inc. is a heavy civil construction contractor with a track record of successful projects throughout the New York / New Jersey metropolitan area. Over the past three decades, the Company has grown carefully but steadily from working on utility and highway projects to completing more complex and challenging transportation, infrastructure, deep foundation, bridge and geotechnical projects.
