Lobar Associates

Mr. Diller started with Lobar Associates in 1987 as a field carpenter. Over the next thirteen years, Steve moved his way up the ranks to Foreman, Superintendent and Project Manager. In 2000, due to his hard work and dedication to the company, he was promoted to Senior Estimator. Then in 2004, he became our Senior Vice President and Principal in Charge.

Mr. Diller is responsible for daily administration of the Estimating, Engineering, Legal, Accounting and Clerical Departments. He also personally estimates selected project and works directly with clients on developing project budgets.

Dane Eichelberger is responsible for the development and management of specialty construction.

Mrs. Fleming-White oversees the daily operation of the firm. She is personally involved with every project to insure the quality and coordination that each client deserves. Over her 36 years with Lobar, she was a founding officer of Lobar Site Development in 2000 and was promoted to President in 2001.

With over 40 years of construction experience, Mr. Eichelberger founded Lobar Associates in 1986.

Along with his day-to-day leadership duties, Mr. Eichelberger is also actively involved with various client negotiations. He continues to provide direction and guidance to subordinate executives and managers as well as providing the vision for all corporate marketing strategies.

Mr. Diller has been a part of the Lobar firms for 33 of his 36 years of construction experience. Starting as a construction mechanic and welder with Lobar Inc. in 1983, he became one of the first superintendents and project managers of the newly formed Lobar Associates in 1989.

With his expert skills and continual professional development courses over the years, Mr. Diller was promoted to Vice President of Construction in 2000 and COO and Executive VP in 2004.

Even with his demanding executive role, that includes overseeing all field operations, Marv has always made time to continue as a hands-on Project Manager. He knows it’s imperative to be a successful COO by staying in touch with the daily realities of running projects.

Mr. Gash came to Lobar Associates in 2007 to develop our newly created CFO position. Lobar was his client while he was a Manager and Principal at McKonly & Asbury LLP, a regional CPA firm. With over twenty five years of accounting experience, Mr. Gash is responsible for the oversight and consultation on all financial matters and developing and administering the financial strategies for all Lobar Associates entities.

Other duties include managing our company’s 401K and health insurance plans. He also works closely with our bonding agents and banking representatives.

Mr. Eichelberger oversees the daily operation of the firm. He is personally involved with every project to insure the quality and coordination that each client deserves. Over his career, Mr. Eichelberger has provided construction and construction management services for healthcare, commercial, governmental, retail, religious, educational, institutional, residential and industrial clients
