Scope Of Work
This Homewood Suites by Hilton at Tech Ridge in Austin, TX continues with the “Keep Austin stylishly weird” theme. Like its sister hotel, the Hampton Inn in downtown Austin, this property features a colorful graffiti wall in the courtyard, and a unique ten foot rotating guitar sculpture in the lobby. Inspired by Frank Lloyd Wright’s architectural style, the hotel boasts an expansive lodge themed lobby with Texas-themed décor, and a Texas mural. Other amenities include a resort style pool, outdoor basketball court, two spacious outdoor covered patios, a fire-pit, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a range of one or two-bedroom suites.
