Scope Of Work
This four-story, 60,000-square-foot structural steel building features a precast exterior as well as windows and curtainwall. This headquarters building for a major credit union includes space for executive and administrative offices, a branch credit union with teller stations and loan offices, a travel agency and a central computing/data processing center. The building contains a two-story atrium lobby with granite and limestone floors and wall cladding. An adjacent three-story, 200-car concrete garage was built featuring structural precast decks, and architectural precast cladding. Challenges faced during construction included the bad soil conditions that were encountered as well as building the interior tenant work simultaneously with the base building.
