Maurice Britts's Bio
Maurice first joined Benson-Orth in 2007 and returned in 2013 as a Senior Project Manager. In 2017 Maurice became the Vice President.
Maurice earned his Bachelor of Science degree from UW-Stout.
One of his favorite projects with Benson-Orth was the Hope Commons in Minneapolis. By working with the owner, architect and subcontractors to form a team, the challenges of remodeling an old hospital became minimal and costs were kept down.
Maurice enjoys spending time with family, whether watching his kids in plays or school functions or helping them with home remodeling projects. He also enjoys a nice quiet dinner with his wife. In the summer, when schedules allow, you can find Maurice out playing golf
Mike Monson's Bio
Mike is the owner and CEO of Benson-Orth. He has applied his project management skills with a number of large general contractors in the Twin Cities area, working in that capacity for over 30 years.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from UW-Stout with a minor in Building Construction Management. He also earned a certificate in Applied Science and Engineering from UW-Madison.
He was born and raised in the Twin Cities area. He and his wife, Terri, have two daughters and reside in Plymouth, MN
Todd Lutgen's Bio
Todd joined Benson-Orth in the summer of 1999. Todd attended Minnesota State University-Mankato where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Construction Management.
As Executive Vice President, Todd manages and leads the construction operations for Benson-Orth. He works closely with Owners and Architects throughout initial planning, cost estimating and project scheduling. Todd also works closely with each of our Benson-Orth Project Managers on all projects under construction.

Steven Grant's Bio
Steven joined Benson-Orth in the spring of 2020. Steven has been in the construction field for 5 years and one of his most memorable projects was working on U.S Bank Stadium.
As Business Development, Steven will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing relationships with clients, architects, engineers, and brokers. To also identify and develop relationships with industry professionals to generate new business opportunities.
Steven resides in Plymouth, MN where he is a father for his son Elias.
