Recognized as a global leader in the hospitality industry, Fairmont San Jose needed a major upgrade of its rooms and suites to maintain its sterling ratings and superior guest experience.

Fast-track design-build room remodel included all fixtures, finishes, lighting, and furnishings in 16- and 22-week phases two years apart. Teamwrkx provided the most ambitious schedules possible for each phase — with rooms typically turned in 7 and floors in 20 days — then often outperformed on average room turn, delivering hundreds of thousands of dollars of potential additional room revenue.
