Our Story

Loudermilk Excavating, established in 1990, provides all phases of excavating, demolition and trucking services.   We have completed various commercial and industrial excavating projects such as the excavation of the Eagle Mountain Water Treatment Plant, railroad projects as well as a building site and new car parking lot for Lynn Smith Chevrolet in Burleson, Aarons Rental, Light House Towers Rental, Buddhist Temple, Costco Liquor Store Addition, Taco Casa, Burger King, various churches, parking lots, schools, hotels, add-ons, city works, and retail shopping strip centers.  We have provided excavation and trucking services for Chesapeake and Pinnacle Materials at the Barnett Shale and South Eagle Ford Shale.   We excavated subdivisions for various builders and worked with Jim Garrett, Goldstar Homes for many years in Burleson, Joshua, Keene.  Other subdivisions such as The Meadows on Alsbury in Burleson, Mohr Estates near Alvarado, a large subdivision located in Keene.  Several subdivisions in Joshua such as the location behind Sonic, Chicken Express, the high school and many more  in Johnson and Tarrant Counties.   From 1980 to 1990, Scott Loudermilk, Vice President, was employed with Santa Fe Railroad now known as BNSF.  Ninety percent of his tenure with Santa Fe he worked as a Group 5 Heavy Equipment Operator.  Working independently traveling throughout the Northern and Southern Divisions.  During the 10 years with Santa Fe, he used all types of heavy equipment to maintain major control points, right-aways, crossings, cutting shoulders, clearing trees, laying tracks assisting with the installation of bridges and the demolition of various types of structures.
