We are a full service general contracting company providing custom building services for  the entire  construction project from conceptual design to completion, including final construction prints, to obtaining all building permits, Board of Appeals permits etc.

Mattapoisett Housewrights was created as a Massachusetts corporation in 1986 as a residential general contracting company by Chris Jaskolka and his wife Cheryl A McGuire. In 1993 it was mergered with Seabreeze Realty, Inc another corporation owned by Cheryl and Chris. We have been building new homes, additions and renovations for over 26 years.
