Alvin Saur formed Saur Construction in 1957 and incorporated in 1979 becoming Saur Construction, Inc.  We have been operating under the family name continuously and are now celebrating over 58 years of doing business in the Texas Hill country and beyond!

Saur Construction has a vast amount of experience working on everything from land development and city streets to golf courses.  We have worked on State highway jobs and have been a part of building countless sub-divisions in the Boerne, New Braunfels and San Antonio areas, including:  Fair Oaks Ranch, Cordillera Ranch, River Rock Ranch, Timberwood and Stone Creek.   We are also extremely proud of the 20+ golf courses we have built (Fair Oaks Ranch, San Antonio’s Cedar Creek Municipal Course, and more).   The exacting standards and attention to detail necessary to build the landscape golf courses are representative of the kind of work we are known for in the Earth Moving industry!
                                                                   
Through the years Saur Construction has built a team of experienced and dedicated employees.  Our fine staff has a combined work experience with Saur of over 100 years!  We believe this to be the reason there are very few problem encountered on the job that Saur Construction and their staff have not dealt with before enabling them to be equipped and ready to keep your  job rolling!
