Scope Of Work

Burnham 310 is an eighteen story 256 unit/459 bed student housing apartment building at the University of Illinois. The 310,000 sq ft building is Type I-A Construction and is primarily poured in place concrete, and includes a pre-cast concrete garage. The exterior veneer is composed of a combination of insulated metal panels, EIFS and energy efficient glass.
