Community Paving Corporation is one of the Northeast's premier residential, commercial and industrial asphalt and paving companies based in Mount Vernon, New York.

Community Paving Corp., established in 1980, is a licensed asphalt and mason contractor serving Westchester and the Bronx. We are fully licensed and bonded, carrying all required licenses and permits from the County of Westchester, New York City and Yonkers using state-of-the-art equipment for all of our projects. We offer different options to our customers, and will recommend the best solution for your particular project with options to suit your budget, such as smaller areas that have deteriorated and usually require only a patch repair. 

Older driveways or parking lots that have developed cracks and/or potholes usually need a repair to help prevent surfacing of existing cracks, and if not severe, cracks can be filled with hot filler and a basic overlay can be provided. As with older driveways or parking lots that have not been maintained properly or have had heavy use, a complete removal and repaving would be required.

If your parking lot or driveway is cracked or damaged, it can not only look bad, but can be potentially dangerous. Fortunately this can either be repaired or repaved, and our paving experts can help to make it look and work as good as new.
