Scope Of Work
The Brinker Capital project located in Berwyn, PA consisted of a 29,543 square foot expansion and renovation project. Renovations in existing office space and new expansion area included reworking and adding offices and open work areas, 3 new kitchens, updated wall finishes (paint and wall coverings), new flooring (carpet tiles & LVT) installed in specified patterns, glass tile backsplashes, installation of Axium ceilings, fabric and wood feature walls, and updated and reworked mechanicals. This project was completed in 2 phases. The entire project was delivered in 12 weeks.
