We have current MOT Certification.

We conduct weekly Safety Meetings at our office.

We are State Certified Drug Free Workplace.

We do background checks on all our employees.

Currently, all of our employees are U.S. Citizens.  We maintain current INS checklists on all employees.  We have had, in the past, employees from foreign countries, of which, we followed all federal and state guidelines for employment.

Any employee that drives for our company has had a background check done on driving record and must be approved by our insurance company in order to drive.

Our company is built upon morals and honest character. How we uphold others in the community exemplifies this foundation that is, in fact, stronger than concrete. We strive to donate our time and service to others in need be participating in multiple volunteer projects. The greatest reward is giving back. 

SEAN'S EAGLE SCOUT PROJECT

Sean has now completed his last badge of his boy scout career. Now he has earned the prestigious Eagle Scout Badge with the help of Castille Company. The project was to rebuild the flag pole at St. Mary Magdalen Church, along with a memorial service for Veteran's day. Castille Company was happy to provide the service to both Sean and all veterans. 

HABITAT FOR HUMANITY

From nails to plumbing, an entire house is made simply from love. Castille Company takes a proactive step in aiding volunteesrs in the handy work of the house, whether it be safety techniques or donations of supplies.
