Terry Foley, President and CEO, is trained as an architect. This gives him a unique perspective as a general contractor. Terry understands, not only the plans, but the thinking that goes behind them. He can easily convey the architect’s vision to his team. Jim Hulon, Senior Vice President, is a seasoned veteran of countless, and varied commercial projects. He has built a loyal following of subcontractors and has the expertise to tackle any project – with great efficiency. Glen Palmer, Senior Project Manager, brings decades of experience in property management. Glen sees each project through the eyes of the owner and tenant. Instinctively, his focus is client-centric and appreciates the importance of delivering the finished space – on time.
