Our Story

All Star I&E, Inc. was founded in 1990 by brothers William and Kenneth Stolte. We're a company that specializes in oil & gas, commercial, and industrial electrical fields. Also providing instrumentation, fiber optics, and 24 hour electrical service & repair.

William Stolte has been in the electrical industry for over 35 years working as an apprentice, journeyman and master electrician.  Kenneth Stolte also has over 30 years experience in the electrical field in a career that led up to master electrician as well.  Both started working in chemical plants, since then they've worked offshore on production platforms and in the drilling industry.

All Star has provided excellent services for many customers, and will continue only to excel because we have the ingenuity, knowledge and technique to get the job done.  Customer service is a company motto.  The family that makes our company will go the extra mile to ensure that the job is done to the complete satisfaction of everyone involved.  We stand out from the crowd because we build long-standing relationships with our customers, vendors, and employees.

All Star I&E, Inc. has the corporate organization, financial resources, facilities, manpower, tools, equipment, management strength, and technical expertise to staff and manage a complex construction effort requiring several hundred workers.  Utilizing the finest project coordination with the best construction expertise.
