Scope Of Work
Site Work:
-Remove approx. 16 trees and small brush from approx. 115,000SF area.
-Remove top 3" of topsoil and stockpile for sale on property until time that removal is necessary. Dispose at cost if unable to sell.
-Remove remaining 9" of soil and haul to back of property next to existing retention pond.
-Backfill with nearly 6400T of crushed concrete to a depth of 12" and roll to meet compaction.
Warehouse & Office Foundations:
-Excavate 24" soil and haul to back of property.
-Backfill with select fill.
-Place bell piers, dig grade beams and slab, install rebar per design.
-Install 6mil polyethylene vapor barrier.
-Place a total of over 850CY of 3000PSI concrete. 6" thick for the warehouse and 5" for the office.
-Apply chemical cure, allow adequate time to set before wrecking forms. Backfill edges.
