Hudepohl Construction has been turning owner’s dreams into reality since 1959. For the past 57 years, Hudepohl has managed projects throughout the Tri-State area, with each project being built with the same dedication to quality and professionalism as the one prior. Hudepohl’s cost estimating and building experience will bring a dimension that will benefit the team from the pre-construction stage straight through the punch list stage of your project.

The Hudepohl family has made building their life. Between Chris and Steve, now the second generation, they have over 30 years of experience and many long time employees that are ‘just like family’. Their father, Art, has instilled the philosophy of ‘quality not quantity’ approach to construction in them. This is why over 75% of Hudepohl’s projects come from repeat customers.

Hudepohl Employees

Hudepohl currently has 10 full time employees separated between office personnel and field superintendents. Field project managers have the responsibility of turning the bricks and mortar into the Architect’s visions and Owner’s dreams. The office personnel are responsible for everything from estimating and accounting to support staff for all Hudepohl’s projects. Art believes that in order to have a successful company you need to have trust in your people, that is why the project manager will have the complete authority and backing of Hudepohl Construction on all decisions pertaining to your project.

Hudepohl Subcontractor Relationships

With 60 years in the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky/Southeastern Indiana construction markets, Hudepohl has experience working with many of the top commercial subcontractors in the area. With this subcontractor base, Hudepohl will be able to assemble a team of contractors with the experience needed to have your project completed on time, within budget, and to your satisfaction.

Hudepohl will bid your project out to the subcontractor market place to receive a competitive price. Hudepohl will only solicit bids from subcontractors that they know can handle the project. Many of the same subcontractors work for Hudepohl on the majority of our projects. This is because they feel comfortable with us and we feel comfortable with them.

In the construction industry, construction mangers must maintain a good working relationship with the subcontractors since they are the lifelines of the projects.
