Blevins Construction, Inc.

Blevins Construction Inc. is a full service grading and asphalt paving contractor serving the Abingdon and Washington County, Virginia area.  We specialize in commercial grading as well as commercial and residential asphalt paving, including driveways, parking lots, industrial sites and subdivision developments.

Burl Blevins began operating Blevins Construction in Bristol, Tennessee and Virginia in 1954.  He relocated the business to Abingdon in the mid-1960's.  Blevins Construction continues to be a family owned and operated business.  Rick, the President and General Manager, meets with potential customers, develops job estimates, and provides hands-on supervision for the contracted work.  Rick's sister, Janet, is in charge of office operations.
