Scope Of Work
Skillman Street Homes consisted of 9 buildings and 27 co-op apartments in Brooklyn. MDG acted as general contractor and developer.
MDG believes in providing market rate finishes to affordable housing projects. Skillman Street was funded in part with Home Funds requiring low income families to purchase a portion of the units despite this fact the exteriors and interiors of the units give the appearance of high end market rate condominiums.
