Winesett-Hill Constructors, Inc., was incorporated and began business operations in October 1985, in Chattanooga, TN.. Our corporate office is located at 5173 Austin Road, in the Hixson business area of Chattanooga. our area of operation is the Southeastern United States.

Winesett-Hill is a General Contractor primarily engaged in the construction of commercial buildings, strip shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, restaurants; the renovation and alteration of existing buildings and shopping centers; the construction of stores within regional malls and strip centers; and the installation of tenant fixtures and related work.

Winesett-Hill is a group of dedicated and experienced people who take pride in a job well done. Project management and field supervision are important segments of the company and our cohesive work force enables this important team to complete projects timely and efficiently. Use of computer aided critical path scheduling techniques effectively keeps our work on line to ensure a timely project. Accounting and management staff work together to maintain current job records and to provide the project managers with current cost reports so they can closely monitor their jobs. Winesett-Hill takes pride in completing jobs on schedule and within budget.

With the wide range of experience possessed by its personnel, Winesett-Hill offers expert assistance to the owner in his decision to develop a site. Services that are a normal part of our relationship with a client are investigative analysis, conceptual estimating, value engineering, coordination of architectural/engineering design and contract management, as well as construction.

Under this system, the client negotiates with on entity that combines a team of architects, engineers, and construction personnel who work together to transform the client’s concept into a completed project.
