Scope Of Work
Wickham Club is located in Melbourne, Florida offering 132 apartment homes developed by Sandspur Housing Partners. The 9 acre gated community includes a clubhouse facility and pool. BSE Consultants, Inc. provided the surveying, environmental determinations with the state and the US ACOE and civil engineering design. We designed the master stormwater and utility systems and provided construction observation and administration services. We also assisted with all of the land use approvals and processed all the project’s permits.
