Scope Of Work
Combustion Services removed two 60 bhp steam boilers, a feedwater tank, and five hot water boilers from a hospital. We then installed two 100 bhp steam boilers, a deaerator, and two large hot water boilers. Combustion Services worked with the hospital to remove and install the equipment to maintain their critical functions. Challenges were also encountered in coupling the backup propane system and maneuvering the steam boilers into place. The new boilers provide the necessary redundancy, additional capacity, ability to communicate with building management systems, and improved reliability. The customer is pleased with the improved reliability from the new equipment and its capability to meet load demands.
