Scope Of Work

Emerson Process Management and iOps Command Center is headquartered in Round Rock, Texas. The Burt Group and Fox Architects were selected to undertake the 270,000 square foot rehabilitation and ground-up construction project. The Emerson headquarters feature classrooms, lobbies and corridors, offices, executive meeting rooms, conference rooms, a café, gym and various other versatile meeting spaces. The project also showcases modern and sleek finishes throughout, which coincide with Emerson’s technologic culture.
