Scope Of Work
A remodel and addition to an existing single family residence to transform it into the premier senior assisted living serving the Oak Forest and Spring Branch communities. The resulting 16 unit facility is well suited to the full time care seniors – full kitchen, lounge areas, spacious backyard and play area for the grand kids, and single or shared rooms.
