Arie is a technology savvy, task master who enjoys a new challenge.  After graduating from M.E. Rinker, Sr School of Construction at the University of Florida in 2010, he worked for a fabrication company as an assistant project manager and estimator.

Arie’s experience ranges from small renovations to steel bridge construction on the structure side.  Since joining Birchmier in 2015, he also worked on multi-building/multi-story self-storage projects.

With a broad range of experience in all phases of construction, from design and preconstruction all the way through project close out, Eric has proven time and again to be a thorough construction manager with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. His skill and effort have contributed to the success of an array of projects in the retail, restaurant, worship, office, and industrial markets to name a few. Eric’s hard work, integrity, and determination are essential elements of his continued success in the industry.

Irene joined Birchmier Construction in 2004 as an Administrative Assistant.  In 4 short years, she was moved to the accounting department where she has been ever since.  Her upbeat attitude and smile bring a warmth to the team that encompasses the “family” atmosphere at Birchmier.

Irene’s creative background lends itself to dealing with any situation that arises whether it be good or bad.  She is a dynamic team player and always brightens up anyone she meets.
