  Champions Engineering & Inspections is a structural engineering firm which specializes in residential construction and light commercial remodelling. Champions Engineering & Inspections is in its 28th year of providing licensed and insured inspections and building commisions in the state of Texas. Our Texas educated and licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.), Structural, has over thirty-five years of engineering experience. Respondent to your immediate needs, our technical reports are delivered to our clients by the end of the next business day after inspections are completed.

  Jeffrey Burkman, P.E., is the owner and primary inspector, a native Houstonian and a Licensed Professional Engineer with over 35 years of engineering experience. He is the founder and president of Champions Engineering & Inspections.

Current President of FPA (Foundation PerformanceAssociation) a South Texas Professional Engineering Association with 225 member engineers. Active Board member FPA 2011 to present. 

  Mr. Burkman holds two engineering degrees with honors in Structural Engineering and in Petroleum Engineering. He is an honorably discharged Infantry Officer and a graduate of the United States Army O.C.S. program at Ft. Benning. His prior engineering experience includes field and management positions with several multi-national companies.
