DSK Landscape Architects

DSK Landscape Architects was established in 1988 by David D. Kim. Since then the firm has participated in numerous Planning and Architectural design projects in the US and abroad. In January of 2007, DSK partnered with local Landscape Architectural firm of Poong Gyung to jointly handle projects in Asia to beter serve our clients and to insure the quality of design and constrution documents to the finish.
 

With combined staff of 30 design professionals, DSK and Poong Gyung bring wide range of project experiences to service our clients. The DSK team brings project portfolio that includes large mixed used developments, destination resorts, retail centers, schools, industrial parks, high rise and low rise residential developments, health care facilities, government, military installations, streetscapes, and various urban design projects.
 

Our scope of services include site planning, contextual analysis, site specific design, construction documents, and construction administration and observation services. Korea team also provides landscape design-build services. DSK/Poong Gyung team understands the private and public sector client’s financial and budget requirements, management requirements, and project documentation requirements. We pride ourselves in meeting the project goals with extra efforts, if necessary.
 

Team coordination and communication throughout the project will be facilitated by an ongoing management and design development dialogue between DSK/Poong Gyung team and the client. Our team will fully inform and coordinate, according to project schedule, the team effort to deliver the required information, design progress, plan check reviews, and construction document progress.
 

By maintaining high quality and utmost professional services to its clients, DSK/Poong Gyung has never had any construction related litigation in its history. We have performed constant quality assurance and quality control through the management of the principal in every project and every phase of the work.
