Direct Access Expediting, Inc. is a New York City based Code Consulting & Expediting organization, located in Lower Manhattan. We have been in business since 1992.  We combine our engineering background and expertise with expediting to provide insight on code compliance issues, with a solid project management orientation. 

We welcome challenging assignments. We work on all project types but have recently been involved in expediting some major industrial & power generation facilities, universities, and hospitals. We provide DOB consulting on all work types including Architectural, Structural, Equipment (Fence, Shed, Scaffold, Hoist), Elevator Mechanical & HVAC, Plumbing, Building Operations (DOT), Hydrant (DEP), Certificate of Appropriateness & No Effect (LPC), Certificate of Corrections. In addition we provide a full range of Fire Department services including CDA Permits, FSEP, FA, FPP, FB, and temporary equipment installations.

We also work on specialty jobs such as loft alterations, zoning consultations, and Landmarks applications.  We provide expediting services in all five boroughs of New York City and have capacity to interface with DOT, DEP, FDNY, & LPC as well as the Department of Buildings. We are proficient in assisting contractors with licensing, registration, and insurance renewals for multiple agencies.
